About the Position

As a Senior Private Advisor, you will work with all aspects of the customer's personal finances and be the bank's face to the public. You will build relationships both inside and outside the bank by being active in the market, participating in showings and local events. You will work closely with colleagues and help drive the development of our bank forward. You will report to the branch manager at the Landskrona office and belong to a team of 10 people, located in Landskrona, Ängelholm, and Båstad.

Your focus area will be to work with private customers, including prospecting new private customers, handling corporate clients' personal affairs, and managing existing customer relationships. You will also work closely with corporate advisors, savings, and insurance specialists.

You are responsible, enjoy working independently, and can identify business opportunities. You have solid knowledge of banking and understand the importance of personal interaction with customers, both digitally and physically.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant university degree in economics or similar
• Holds Swedsec advisor and mortgage licenses
• Has extensive experience in providing qualified holistic advice in banking and finance
• Has excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
